Here are the steps to add a new contribution for your client's employee in QuickBooks Online.

Here's how:

  1. Go to All apps, then click Payroll, and choose Employees.
  2. Select your employee.
  3. Scroll down to Deductions & contributions, then click the pencil icon

  4. Select + Add deduction/contribution or choose your deduction/contribution and fill it out

  5. Hit Save, then Done.
