Hi there, @nwebster. Are you seeing a specific error message while processing your direct deposit? If so, let me know what it says so I can give you the best fix. Also, is this your first time setting up direct deposit?
 

Most payroll failures are due to Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF). This means there weren't quite enough funds in the account to cover the payroll run. It can also happen if there were recent updates to your bank info or your employee's details.
