Does anyone know how to show the entire account number in the payroll settings so they can see which account they are paying out of?

Currently, QuickBooks does not display the entire bank account number within the payroll settings. This restriction is in place to enhance the security of your financial information and protect your sensitive banking details from unauthorized access.

Since you want to see the which account they are paying out, you can refer to the last four digits of the number. By using these last digits, you can confirm which bank account is being used for payroll transactions, ensuring accuracy without compromising security.

Additionally, you can update your company's bank account in your payroll at any time you want.
