Does anyone know why my payroll check number is not showing up on my transaction detail report or on my bank register? It only says payroll check and no check number?

We have received similar issues about the paycheck number not showing in the bank register.

I recommend contacting our Customer Care team. This way, they can gather more information and number of the affected users. Then, they will add you to their list to receive notifications and updates about the issue.

1. Sign-in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Click Help (?).
3. Select the Assistant tab to get started and get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option or type a question or topic you need help with. Then click Talk to a human.

• Get a callback from the next available expert.
