Employee can no longer update weekly timesheet
I've got an employee who suddenly can't enter his weekly timesheet anymore. The Name field is grayed out and he can't save any of his hours. He showed me this on his phone and a computer using multiple browsers. I'm able to update his timesheet from my administrator account. The employee has an active "Time track only" user role, and this had been working for years until two days ago.
Looking at the activity logs, he had been able to enter his timesheet daily until June 26, then after that it just shows him being able to sign in.
Any suggestions?
