For past 3 pay cycles, NY Tax payment stopped exporting. Have to call Intuit to resolve. They're saying payment has to process before export. Not happened in last 12 yrs?

2. Navigate to the Gear icon at the upper right corner and choose Payroll Settings.
3. Scroll down and find the Export option.
4. Click the Pencil icon, then select where to export your file from the options in Export Preferences.
5. Click the Turn-off export, then Continue.
6. You'll be routed to the Export Preferences window. Choose where you want to export your file, then click Save.
7. Reenter your Export Preferences, then click Done.
8. From the Export section, click the Export Transaction.
9. Tick all the paychecks that you'd want to export.
10. Once done, you can click the Export button.
