Form 941 is no longer showing up for me to file and archive. I had it for Q3 2023 but cannot generate one now for Q4

Please note that the deadline for submitting the Q4 941 tax form is January 31, 2024.  If you haven't yet, you can file the form outside of QuickBooks. Check out this article for more information: How QuickBooks populates Form 941.
