Hello, is there a way to obtain past payroll history extending more than 12 months ago? They all seem to be grey-ed out. Thanks!

Yes, kkiuchi. You can run Payroll Summary or Payroll Summary by Employee to view payroll data beyond 12 months. 

Here’s how:
 

1. Go to Reports, then Standard reports.
2. In the Type report name here, enter either of the reports.
3. Set the Report Period to Custom and adjust the dates to your preference. 
   

You can print or export it to Excel for a clearer and more detailed view of the information.
