how can i archive/delete members when it doesnt give me the option

i may have accidentally inputted duplicate member (new hire), and how i cant get it to delete/archive/merge the duplicate employee. how can get do this

To delete a duplicate employee, you'll have to open the employee's profile and then click the three-dot menu next to Permissions. Next, select Delete employee.

Merging employees is unavailable because each record is tied to a specific Social Security Number. This restriction helps prevent payroll tax filing errors.

If the option still doesn't appear, you can login using an incognito window or a different browser to rule out any display issues caused by accumulated cache.
