how do I access the 2024 w2s

You can access the 2024 W-2s in QuickBooks Online (QBO) through the Payroll Tax Center.

If you or we have e-filed the forms in QuickBooks Online, follow these steps:

1. Go to My Apps and select Payroll.
2. Click Payroll taxes.
3. Select the Filing tab.
4. Look for the Resources and click it.
5. Choose the Archived forms and filings.
6. Use the Filter options to select the type of form you'd like to view, or customize the date range by entering a Start Date and End Date to locate the 2024 W-2 forms.
7. Click the form name, then select View.
