Through this thread i think I figured out how to change the account but have an issue with when I can do it. I appreciate any help you can give me. I processed payroll yesterday, Monday. Direct deposits should come out tomorrow, Wednesday. I need to change the direct deposit account for next weeks payroll. If I change it tomorrow will that give enough time for it to be working on Monday? I am new a doing direct deposits!!
You can change a bank account for direct deposit as long your you don't have pending payroll. It may take several days to review the process from requesting a change of bank account to verifying the account and changing the default bank from your preferences. To verify if it is safe to update your bank tomorrow, I recommend connecting with our Support Team. An agent can review your account securely and give the turn around time during the update.
