how do I edit my payroll withholding to where I pay it and not online quickbooks

If you want to have control over your tax files and payments in QuickBooks Online Payroll, I'm here to offer the methods to switch off the automatic tax payment.

Tax filing depends on whether to pay and file your federal and state payroll taxes alone or with our help. If you want to turn this feature off and file them yourself, here's how:

1. Select the Settings ⚙ icon, then select Payroll Settings.
2. In the Taxes and forms section, choose Edit ✎.
3. Clear the Automate taxes and forms checkbox.
4. Press how you plan on making your tax payments and filings.
5.  Next, tick the  I'll pay and file the agencies through their website or by mail.
6. Select Save.
