Let me show you how to find your employees' gross wages per pay period, Malinda.

You can see the total gross wages in the Payroll Summary by Employee report. The first column provides a breakdown of each employee's gross wages.

Here’s how you can customize this report:

1. Hover over Reports in the menu.
2. Go to Standard reports, then select the Payroll Summary by Employee report under the Payroll section.
3. In the Reporting pay period drop-down, choose Custom to set a specific date range, then hit Apply.
   
   
4. Click Customize and apply the filters you need.
5. Finally, select Run Report.
