Let me help you set up your contractors for direct deposit payments in QuickBooks Online (QBO), userbobbi_lynn.
We can set up a contractor profile and their direct deposit information. Please note that your steps depend on which product you have. If you're using QBO and QuickBooks Contractor Payments, here's how to set up a contractor profile:
Go to Expenses, then select Contractors.
Select Add a contractor.
Enter your contractor’s information or select the Email this contractor checkbox so they can fill it out.
Select Add contractor.
If you're using QuickBooks Contractor Payments without QBO, follow these steps:
Go to Expenses, then select Contractors.
Select Add a contractor.
Enter your contractor’s name and email address. If you want the contractor to fill out their information, select the Email this contractor checkbox.
