It's likely that the link to pay is no longer there if you are past the due date. Here are the due dates for each quarter:
January 1 - March 31 - Due date April 15th
April 1 - May 31 - Due date June 15th
June 1 - August 31 - Due date September 15th
September 1 - December 31 - Due date Jan 15th
In this case, you have a couple of different options to pay your 2023 Q4 Est taxes. You can either pay through the IRS website, or mail in your payment. I'm providing the steps for both ways below.
If you pay by mail, send your payment and estimated payment form (1040-ES voucher) together. You can complete this form in QuickBooks Self-Employed:
In QuickBooks Self-Employed, go to the Taxes menu.
Click on the Quarterly Taxes tab.
Tap Pay Now.
Select the By mail option.
Fill out the 1040-ES payment voucher. Then hit Continue.
Print your voucher.
The printed voucher tells you how to fill out your forms, check, and which IRS office to mail it to. Your check and voucher must be postmarked by the quarterly due date.
