When I do direct deposit, it bills the proper bank and account, but puts it in QuickBooks Desktop Pro as my old bank, the one before I changed banks.

You can change the bank account name for your direct deposit by going to the Accounts/Billing Information. Here's how to do it:

  1. Go to the Employees menu.
  2. Select My Payroll Service, then Accounts/Billing Information.
  3. Sign in using your Intuit account, then head to the Payroll Info section.
  4. Under Direct Deposit Bank Account, select Edit.
  5. Enter your payroll PIN, then click Continue.
  6. Change the bank account name, then Update.
  7. When you see the confirmation message, click Close.

We'll be around to help you if you have any other concerns.
