How to enter a handwritten check into QB that was given to an employee but we need to declare it as income so taxes can be paid

i did a payroll dated 2/27/23 to 3/12/23  i have already called in 941 taxes but since we switched from desktup to online and backed it up but i cannot find it

how when ive alresdy called in 941 taxes and information was supposedly transferred from desktop to online
