I cannot finish setting up payroll because it wants me to check out employee health plans. I do not need a health plan nor do I need to connect my health plan.

Hi c_bellas10, completing or connecting a health plan is not required to finish your payroll setup. You can skip this step and proceed directly to your pay run, as it will process normally without this information.
