Currently, the option to deliver the manual check to the email address of the employee through USPS is unavailable in QBO. When creating a check in the system, it is only intended for your records to ensure precise tax calculations.
As a workaround, you can consider manually printing the check and mail it directly to your employees.
Here's how:
Go to Payroll and select Employees.
Under Run payroll, select Paycheck List.
Choose a paycheck you'd like to print for your employee.
