You need to provide 6 months of your most recent bank statements and can upload them with your request. The amount of money you deposit via direct deposit can be adjusted as a result.
For your security, we set limits on how much money you can send via direct deposit. You can find your direct deposit limit amounts in your Payroll settings.
Go to Settings ⚙️, then Payroll settings.
Scroll to the Direct deposit section.
You'll see your limits per payroll and per person.
In case you need to increase the direct deposit security limit, use this link: Submit an online request. Additional documentation such as bank statement(s) may be required.
You can upload these documents to the request form. And, requests are reviewed within 2 business days. We will email you the results.
