Thanks for reaching out to us, cait2346.

I know a way to find or access your pay stub in QuickBooks Online.

If you're an employee, you can ask your employer to invite you to have access to your pay stubs and W-2s. Please share the following steps with your employer:

Here's how:

  1. Go to Payroll and select Employees.
  2. Select Invite to Workforce.
  3. Check the boxes next to the names of the employees you want to invite and enter their email addresses.
  4. Once done, hit Send invitations.

You can then accept the invitation by checking your email. After that, you'll be prompted to create an Intuit account. Once everything is completed, you may log in to the QuickBooks Workforce website to view and download your pay stub.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to workforce.intuit.com.
  2. Select Paychecks.
  3. Select the appropriate date range. You can view multiple paychecks up to one year at a time.
  4. Do one of the following:
  • Click Download on the pay stub you want to download.
  • Select a pay stub to open and view, download or print it.
  • If you see a Download all button below the paycheck list, select that to download all of your pay stubs at once (this option is not available for everyone).

If you're an employer, you can find and view your pay stub by going to the Paycheck list. I'll show you how.

  1. Go to Payroll, then Employees.
  2. Select the Paycheck list below Run payroll.
  3. Click Filter▼ to change the Date range or Employee.
  4. Choose the pay stub you want to view, then hit Print if you want to print it.

For further information, you can refer to the articles listed below:

You can also view your payroll totals, including employee taxes and contributions, by running the Payroll Summary report: Create a payroll summary report in QuickBooks.

Don't hesitate to post again if you have further assistance viewing your pay stubs. I'll be around to help you.

How can I access my paystub

QuickBooks Team
April 27, 2026

Are you trying to access the pay stubs as an employee or an employer? The steps of finding them vary depending on your position.

If you're an employee and want to view your paystub in QuickBooks Workforce, your employer must first invite you. You’ll automatically get an email with instructions to set up your Workforce account.

To access your paystub, sign in to workforce.intuit.com. Then click on Paychecks. Choose the appropriate date range. You can view multiple paychecks up to 6 months at a time.

If you'd prefer to look for your pay stubs via the Workforce mobile app, check out the detailed guide: View your pay stubs, time off, and year-to-date pay in QuickBooks Workforce.

On the other hand, if you're an employer, you can access your employees pay stubs by going to the All apps menu > Payroll > Employees. You can then click the Paycheck list below Run payroll.

Moreover, if you want to learn how to print paychecks or pay stubs when you run payroll, you can refer to this article: Print or reprint paychecks and pay stubs.
