Let's review your work locations to verify if Florida has been set up and make any necessary corrections, Angie.

We can delete or deactivate this work location to prevent any further confusion.

Here's how you can delete Florida:

  1. Head to the Gear icon, then select Payroll settings.
  2. Click Edit ✎ from the Work Locations section.
  3. Select Edit on the work location you want to remove.
  4. Hit Delete work location, then Confirm.

If you're unable to delete it, we can deactivate this by following these steps:

  1. On the Payroll settings page, head to the Work locations section.
  2. Click Edit ✎.
  3. Select Edit on the work location you want to mark as inactive.
  4. From the Active dropdown, click Inactive.
  5. Hit Save.

For future reference, you can create a payroll summary report. It will provide detailed information on your employee's wages, taxes, deductions, and contributions.

By reviewing and adjusting your work locations, we can remove the unnecessary inclusion of Florida. If you need further assistance or clarification, reply in this thread.
