I've added a new employee on QBO in both Safari/Chrome. I'm hitting Save & the employee is not showing up anywhere. Where is the info I just entered??

We can execute troubleshooting procedures to address this issue. Sometime, a browser accumulates frequently accessed page resources, leading to unexpected responses or result.

 

Let's begin by accessing your account using a private browsing session. You have the option to use either of these keyboard shortcut keys:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

After logging in, please review your employee lists to confirm whether the new employees have been added successfully. If they haven't been added yet, I suggest adding them again using this method.

 

Then, I advise clearing your browser's cache. This action will eliminate historical data and allow you to access QuickBooks with a fresh start. Additionally, you have the option to switch to another supported browser if needed.
