I would like to activate the Core Payroll plan in my QuickBooks account so I can pay my employees properly.However, I am currently having trouble accessing

I would like to activate the Core Payroll plan in my QuickBooks account so I can pay my employees properly. However, I am currently having trouble accessing the payroll setup screen. It shows an error message saying the page cannot be found. Can you please assist me in enabling the Core plan or guide me through the setup process? Yes, I can guide you through the process of starting up your QuickBooks Payroll plan, Michel.

 

Please note that only the Primary Admin can subscribe the payroll plan. If you are primary admin and still cannot subscribe to plan. I highly suggest clearing your cache browser to remove excessive data build up that can impact QuickBooks Online (QBO) performance. After that, please try to subscribe again using the steps below: 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QBO account.
  2. Go to the Payroll menu.
  3. Select the best plan based on your preferences.
  4. Enter the necessary billing information.

  5. Once done, click Subscribe.
