I would like to completely remove these two employees from my list all QuickBooks setting because they have never got through to the onboarding process. Deborah & Urken

Since these two employees never completed your business onboarding process and were never included in a payroll run, you can completely remove them from QuickBooks by deleting them.

Here's how:

1. Go to All Apps, select Team, then click Employees.
2. Find them in your employee list and click their name to open their profile.
3. In the upper right corner, hover over the three dots, then select Delete Employee.

Note that this process will erase all their data and cannot be undone.
