Is there a way to check the status of payroll direct deposits? I have employees saying that funds have not been posted to their accounts when it is usually posted by now

We recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll live support team to review the status of your payroll direct deposits and determine why they haven’t posted in your employee's account, Boxmechanical.

 

Here’s how to reach them:

 

  1. Log in to your QBO account.
  2. Select the Help (?) icon in the upper-right corner.
  3. Go to the Search tab and enter keywords related to your concern.
  4. Click on the Contact Us tab.
  5. Select Callback as your preferred contact option.
