Since you experienced this issue beginning of October. I'll route you to our support team so they can investigate mileage stopped working in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), Mygraigslist.

For now, it's best to contact our QuickBooks Support Team so they can investigate. Please keep an eye out and update your app once available.

Here's how to connect with us:

  1. Go to (?) Help. This opens the QuickBooks Assistant window.
  2. If you’re using the QuickBooks Self-Employed app, tap the + button and select Ask QB Assistant.
  3. In the Type or Ask Something field, enter your inquiry.
  4. Press Enter on your keyboard to send it.

For a workaround, you can manually add the trip. To do so follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online in a web browser.
  2. Go to Expenses, then Mileage.
  3. Select Add trip.
  4. Add the trip date, starting and ending locations, distance, and purpose.
  5. Select the vehicle you used.
  6. Click Save.

Also, I'll be sharing this link that will help you fix missing or inaccurate trips in QuickBooks:  Fix mileage tracking issues in the QuickBooks Online mobile app.

If you need further help with tracking your miles in QuickBooks, don’t hesitate to drop a comment below. I'm ready to assist you in getting everything sorted out. Best wishes.
