My contractor completed the W-9 as an individual, without the business name and EIN included. Can I resend the completed W-9 to her to add the business name and EIN?

Yes, we can resend W-9 forms to our contractors by sending them a reminder link. 

Here's how: 

1. Go to Payroll and choose Contractor. 
2. Select the contractor you want to resend the W-9 form to. 
3. Click send a reminder. 

Then, they can add their 1099 tax info in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
