My employees are not coming through to QB time

First, ensure that QuickBooks Time is connected to QuickBooks by following these steps: 

1. Navigate to the Feature Add-ons menu and select Manage Add-ons.
   
2. In the search bar, type the QuickBooks product you're using if it's"QuickBooks Online".
3. Check the displayed option for QuickBooks Online. If you see an Uninstall button, this indicates that QuickBooks Online is already successfully integrated. If an Install button appears instead, click on it to proceed with the integration of QuickBooks Online.
   

Secondly, if some data isn't appearing, simply click the Import button located on the QuickBooks option to retrigger the system. I've added this for your visual guide:

In the meantime, here's how to add team members manually in QuickBooks Time. Please know that this is only available for standalone QuickBooks Time accounts and QuickBooks Desktop integrated accounts. If you're using QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Online Payroll, you can add team members from there.

1. Navigate to the My Team section.
2. Click on Add team members, then choose Add manually.
3. Enter their information, and select a role.
   1. Note: Role options here are Administrator, Worker, and Payroll Manager. If you'd like to change a user's role or set up a custom user, see Grant permissions to a team member.
4. If you'd like an invitation to be sent to the team member(s), enter their email address(es) and/or mobile number(s), and Hit Send an email invitation, or Send a text message invitation.
5. Press Add Team [#] Member(s).

However, if the issues persists after you've done all the set up, I recommend contacting our support team check why this is happening. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment. Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks account.
2. Go to the (?) Help.
3. Select the Assistant tab to get help from the QB assistant, or select the Search tab to enter your question or click Contact Us.
