Question

My FULL ADMINISTRATOR cannot see any Mileage nor make any mileage reports - why?

This user had the accountant access and was able to view all of it.  When upgraded to $60/mo and I moved her to a Full Admin user account, all of the access has disappeared.  Any ideas?

Hi,

Your accountant may be experiencing some browser-related issues. Let them perform some steps to isolate the issue.

To begin with, let them log into their QuickBooks account in an incognito window. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to open one:

If it works, they can continue working on that page or they can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. Piled cache can also be the reason for some unexpected issues on the opened pages.

They can also use a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.

Do you also need to take care of your sales taxes in the future? We can take a look at this article for more details: File your sales tax return and record sales tax payments in QuickBooks Online

Know that you can always get back to me if you need anything else. I'll be around to lend a helping hand.

It's not a browser issue as I confirmed on my laptop I could see all of the mileage information.  I log off and she logs on (same machine, browser, etc) and she cannot see the mileage as on her machine.  This, is a used issue (ACL) not a browser. Next!
