Hi Tim,

You can be experiencing random browser issues that's why you received an error. Let's check to find out.

Let's open open a private browser, sign in to QuickBooks, and log your mileage. Private browsing disables browser extensions and stops the cache from saving your browsing history.

  • Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P.

If you're able to log your mileage, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If not, please try other browsers so we'll know if this issue only happens to the one you use.

Feel free to go back to this thread if you have more questions in mind.
