New changes to formats. Why does QB think it has to keep changing things and making my job harder.

I understand the convenience of using the old formats in QuickBooks Online (QBO). However, I'd like to ask for further information about what specific formats you're referring to.

Currently, we're rolling out a new experience for estimates and invoices to introduce new features. The improved experience will allow you to customize and manage them faster on the go.

In the meantime, I suggest forwarding your feedback to our product developers to improve your experience using QBO. Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Under Profile, select Feedback.
3. Share your feedback and click Next. 

You can also visit the Customer Feedback page to track the status of your suggestions.
