Hi, Sanlam. Let me share some information you need in QuickBooks Online Payroll (QBOP).

To begin with, may I ask what region of QuickBooks Online you're using? If you're using US-based and your payroll plan has changed from Standard to Core, and you want to revert it, you can follow these steps to downgrade your plan:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Click on the Settings gear icon in the upper right-hand corner and select Subscriptions and Billing.
3. In the Subscription and Billing Section, look for the QuickBooks Online Payroll options. Below, you can select Upgrade your plan or Downgrade your plan.

On the other hand, if you're using a UK-based account, please note that all standard payroll subscribers in the UK were moved to payroll core.
