Payroll hold

I’ve been in countless support agents that have been telling me  that the situation has been escalated I gave all documentation and it was completed my payroll has had a hold on it for awhile and needs to be removed immediately! I’ve been talking to countless agents to fix this issue remove the hold already.

  • Use the “Help → Contact Us” path from within QuickBooks to get routed to payroll support.

  • Request escalation to a supervisor or “Tier 2 / Risk / Payroll Operations” team.

  • Provide all requested documentation (banking info, proof of funds, risk forms) promptly.

  • Ask for the specific case or ticket number and track it.
