Payroll Liabilities Balance Report in Quickbooks Online

QuickBooks Online (QBO) does not offer a report for non-taxable payroll. Reports such as Payroll Tax Liability and Payroll Tax and Wages indicate the liability contains taxes paid by employees and taxes that the employer pays. However, non-taxable payroll expenses are excluded.

I am aware of how helpful it will be to your company for you to keep track of the following transactions. It would be better to send it directly to our product development team in this manner. By doing this, our product development team can see how to incorporate this functionality.

Here's how you can submit them:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Feedback.
3. Enter a brief description of your product suggestion.
4. Click Next to submit feedback.

You can check the status of your feature request in our Feedback forum, as we frequently take your suggestions into account while updating our products. Future improvements are more likely to include this the more requests we receive.
