Payroll schedule for New Year's week

When sending direct deposit paychecks to Intuit, you'll want to be sure to send your payroll before the payday to avoid delays.

Also keep in mind that Federal holidays can affect payment timing.

Here's how to send payroll to Intuit:
 

1. In your top menu bar, go to Employees, then Send Payroll Data.
2. In the Send/Receive Payroll Data window, click View if you need to review any paychecks, and Send All to send your payroll.
3. Enter the Direct Deposit PIN and hit OK. If you see a "QuickBooks can't find the following account" message, try selecting an account you use from your Accounts ▼ drop-down list if the account changed, or selecting Payroll Service Asset Account if you're sending a zero payroll after voiding a paycheck.

Financial institutions determine the exact time direct deposits are posted. However, employees should receiver their deposits before 5 PM local time.
