payroll withholding account number not accepted

Thank you for reaching out to the QuickBooks Community! Are you using the steps below to set up the state payroll withholding for Delaware?

1. Click the Gear icon and choose Payroll Settings.
2. From the [State] tax section, click the pencil ✎. 
3. Go to the Withholding section.
4. Enter the info applicable to the taxes you are required to pay. 
5. Click Save.
