Hello there, ylouise.

Payroll corrections are handled by our QuickBooks Payroll Team. In this case, I recommend reaching to our phone support to check and review the changes and who made them into your payroll that affects your employee's paychecks.

Here's how to speak with our phone agents:

  1. Go to (?Help, then Contact Us.
  2. Type a brief description of your issue, then select Let's talk.
  3. Click Get a callback.
  4. Enter your information, then Confirm my call.

I'm also sharing our page about employees and payroll taxes in case you need some additional reference.

Please know that we're always here to help if you have other questions or concerns. Don't hesitate to reach out anytime. Thanks for posting and have a great day.

Post again if you have any payroll questions that may come your way. I'm always here to help. Have a good day!
