Quickbooks is the WORST

Quickbooks is absolutely the worst! I have spent almost a whole year trying to resolve this issue with NO HELP and paying premium payroll costs which are now probably over $1000!!!

QBO automatically took out Illinois taxes because of employee’s home address, but the employee was living with relatives in Wisconsin while working a summer job for us. First case was filed wrong and sat in limbo for months. Then multiple calls to overseas call centers and really no help. Finally got some reimbursement and some help from someone stateside but that resulted in them changing the paystubs to not have any taxes taken out. I have called months and months now and keep getting new case numbers and then an email within a day cancelling the case. I just want my money back and will have my accountant manually fix this issue.

Quickbooks support is a joke and you keep getting passed around and around with nothing resolved.

The poor employee hasn’t been able to file their taxes for 2025 still!!!!!
