ROE/Manual Payroll

We are laying off an employee and he will require an ROE. How do I go about doing this?
There were a couple of pay periods in which we had to do payroll manually as we did not have the funds in the account in time. How do we go about remitting the payroll taxes for those pay periods? I’m sure this also needs to be figured out so that the hours this employee worked accurately reflects on his ROE.

Hi PhoenixA,

It's a pleasure to see you in Community.  Welcome!  Processing a Record of Employment can be done effortlessly in QuickBooks Desktop.  However, it's imperative that all payroll information for the employee is accurate.  For this reason, I encourage you to contact our Customer Care team outside of Community for personal assistance.  They'll be able to ensure the manual payroll is entered with the associated deductions and contributions, so you can prepare and submit the ROE in a timely fashion.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach back out.  We'd be happy to help!
