Set email schedule - I do not see it on my end

It's my pleasure to provide information on setting up an email schedule for reports, specifically the Profit and Loss report, magical.

The option to set an email schedule is available in the QBO Essential and Plus plans. If you are using the QuickBooks Online Simple Start plan, you will not see an option to set a schedule and email information for the Profit and Loss report because this plan does not include that feature.

No worries, you can upgrade your plan to access this option. Feel free to follow these steps if you decide to upgrade.

1. Log in to your QBO account.
2. Go to the Gear icon in the top right corner and select Subscriptions and Billing.
   
3. Look for the Upgrade your plan button and click on.
   
   
   

However, if you are already using QBO Essential or Plus, you should be able to utilize the email schedule option by following these steps. 

1. Go to the Reports menu and find the Profit and Loss report.
2. Customize the report and pick Save customization.
   
3. Hit Save.
4. Go back to the Reports menu and select Custom reports.
5. Click Edit and turn on the Set email schedule.
   
6. Finally, enter the email information and save the change.
   
   
   

If you are still not seeing this option, let's troubleshoot to isolate this behavior. Using a private browser window can help determine if the problem you are experiencing in QuickBooks is due to your browser settings or extensions.

• Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Option + P

Then, clear the browser cache to improve your browser's speed and overall performance. Lastly, you can try another browser.
