Taking out Taxes without getting paid

I want the payroll taxes to be complete at the end of the year but I don't want the funds to come out right away. Basically, I'm want to make sure I'm compliant with federal and state tax withholding but I don't actually want a weekly/monthly paycheck.

Welcome to the Community! Let's work together to figure out a way to take out taxes without getting paid in your QuickBooks Online account. 

 

Would you be willing to enter paper checks (real money doesn't come out) as a solution? This will effect the register.
