We appreciate you for raising your payroll issue here, Kathi. I understand the feeling of you having no clue why the payroll's date range and hours are showing incorrectly even set up precisely. I assure you that I will help you fix this.
We can either edit, delete, or void it. The Edit option updates your paycheck info directly. The Delete option removes the paycheck from your payroll. Then Void changes your paycheck dollar amount to zero, but adjustments may need to be done to balance your books.
Here's how:
Go to Payroll, then Employees.
Select the Paycheck list.
Choose the paycheck(s) you'd like to delete or void by clicking the dropdown icon beside it, then select Edit, Delete, or Void.
However, if you have already run it and created the paycheck and you're using Direct Deposit, we recommend QuickBooks Online (QBO) payroll live support to help you correct the date range and hours.
