We currently have an ongoing issue with the missing Weekly timesheet option in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Rest assured our product engineers are diligently working on a fix.
To ensure you'll get a resolution status of the issue, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. This way, they can add your company file to the list of affected users. You can also provide this investigation number for easy tracking: INV-91014.
To reach them, you can follow the steps below:
Sign in to your QBO account.
Click the Help button.
In the QuickBooks Assistance chatbox, select Talk to a human and choose I still need a human.
