Before anything else, I'd like to know if you get an error message when you set up your employee? If so, a screenshot would be a great help.
In the meantime, we can perform the basic browser troubleshooting process. This way, it will help your browser work better and faster. Cookies and caches might block you from setting up your employee. You can also log out and log back in from your QBO account. Here's how:
Restart your browser.
Log in to your account and add your employee using an incognito or private browser. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to launch a new private window:
Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift + N
If it works on the private browser, you can go back to the regular browser and clear your browser's cache. From there, you can successfully save the information of your employee.
