Question

When I'm entereing Contractor info in Payroll, why doesn't the Submit button lead to anything? All the required fields are fill, but the button does nothing!

I understand how important it is to add your contractor in QuickBooks Online Payroll (QBOP). Let me assist you in completing this process successfully.

 

Since the Submit button isn’t responding after you complete the contractor’s details, it’s likely that pop-up windows are being blocked. I recommend troubleshooting using the Google Chrome browser.

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. Open Chrome, click the More menu, and select Settings.
  2. Scroll down and click Advanced.
  3. Under Privacy and security, choose Content settings.
  4. Select Pop-ups and redirects.
  5. Change the setting from Blocked to Allowed.
  6. (Optional) To allow QBO pop-ups while blocking others:
    • Select Add next to Allow.
    • Enter qbo.intuit.com and click Add.
