While I await your response, let's clear the cache in your browser. Web browsers collect cache to save time when loading repetitive data and images. Over time these files can become outdated and corrupted, causing issues like the one you have marking your state unemployment taxes as paid. I'm including the links to all supported browsers that contain the steps to clear the cache below.
I called into the Intuit customer services department and they were not able to figure out why this entry does not show up on the register. Before calling the representative I cleared the history and did a clean up on the computer. I use Google Chrome but it did not work and I had to entery the entry manually.
