Where can I find 2021 W-2"s? I have an employee that needs it.

I'm delighted to have you here today, @donjenbon. Let's get you through this so you can access previous W-2s inside your QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You'll want to go to the Taxes tab inside your company file to view previous W-2s and other tax forms. I'll walk you through the process. To begin, here's how:

1. Go to Taxes, then Payroll Tax.
2. Click the Filings tab.
3. Select Resources, then Archived forms and filings.
4. Press the ▼ dropdown menu to filter the form type you want to view.
5. Click the form name, then View.
