You can contact the Internal Revenue Services (IRS) or log in to the tax agency's website to verify your federal tax deposit schedule.
If the IRS notifies you of a new deposit schedule, we can update it in QuickBooks before the effective date. Before we do, make sure you haven't made any federal tax payments yet.
Here's how:
Go to the Gear ⚙ icon, then Payroll Settings.
Click on Edit ✎.
Select Change or add new schedule.
Choose the new filing and deposit schedule. Then, select an effective date.
