Why are QB taking payroll taxes out a week before

I can share some information about payroll taxes in QuickBooks Online, medinc1265.

Try to check your tax payment frequency. Setting up your payroll tax deposit will help make sure your taxes are paid on time. You can check your Payroll Settings to verify this information.

Here are the steps: 

1. Go to the Gear icon (⚙) and select Payroll Settings.
2. Click the Edit icon (✎) next to the federal or state you need to update.
3. From the How often do you pay your taxes? section, select Edit.
4. Check your schedule and effective date.
5. Click on Save.
